COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Westbury Street, Worcester] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Worcester: Westbury Street (east side) from a point 18 metres north west of its junction with Lowesmoor Terrace for a distance of 26 metres in a north westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. (A38 Droitwich Road/A4538 Lane, Martin Hussingtree/)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of A38 Droitwich Road/A4538 Pershore Road, Martin Hussingtree/Fernhill Heath in sections:- (a) Droitwich Road – from a point 201 metres in a north east of the junction with C2139 Church Lane to a point 144 metres north east of its junction with A4538 Pershore Lane. (b) Pershore Lane – from the junction of A38 Droitwich Road to a point 84 metres south of its junction with Ash Lane. The Order is being made to facilitate resurfacing works.
