Dear St. Hugo of the Hills,  Thank you for your donaon of $37,364.44 on 10/17/2017 to the Knights of Columbus Charies U.S. Disaster Relief fund; I am grateful for your response.   Through your generosity and commitment, you have helped make the Knights of Columbus become known worldwide as an internaonal force for charitable and responsible giving with a special emphasis on Catholic values.   We have a long history of providing humanitarian relief, including efforts following the 9/11 terrorist aacks; the 2013 typhoons in the Philippines; Hurricane Katrina, Sandy, Harvey and Irma; tsunamis in Indonesia, Japan, and flooding in Louisiana. Our current Chrisans at Risk St. Hugo student John Torok with Msgr. Tony program is aiding persecuted religious communies in the Middle East.  A er seeing the disturbing images of the devastaon  caused by hurricanes in the U.S Virgin Islands and St. Voted four years in a row as one of Ethisphere’s World’s Thomas, a St. Hugo School student, John Torok was Most Ethical Companies, the Knights of Columbus moved into acon. The Archdiocese of Detroit along with the Capuchin Franciscans will celebrate a momentous occasion as Fr. Solanus Casey is beatified in just a few weeks. So many of us have had the great opportunity to visit The Solanus Casey Center at St. Bonaventure where we have learned about his life of holiness and virtue, prayed at his tomb, spent hours in prayer, and received the Lord’s mercy, grace, and forgiveness through the sacrament of reconciliation. As Archbishop Vigneron remarked at the press conference THANKS.GIVING. announcing this historic occasion, “The beatification of Fr.
