Wrap yellow yarn around two fingers several times. Carefully slide the yarn off your fingers Your naughty little bear is and tie a piece of yarn around the center in a knot. With a pair of scissors, cut through the now ready for the Holidays! loops on both sides of the pompom. Take your scissors and trim the pompom into a round shape using the scissors. Sew on top of the hat.
