• Researched bankruptcy procedures, concerning certain Ukrainian banks including procedure of reimbursing foreign legal entities with accounts in bankrupt institutions and liability of company employees engaged in the bankruptcy. • Analyzed Ukrainian Law on Sanctions (stemming from Russian invasion of Crimea) and liability for Russian entities, particularly their subsidiaries operating in Ukraine. • Examined various business operations in Ukraine, including terms of foreign television broadcasting in Ukraine and financing of organizations. • Researched procedures of purchasing apartment in Kyiv for foreign citizens and subsequent rental to Ukrainian citizens. • Communicated with state authorities, including the State Statistics Service and State Registration Service of Ukraine as well as private notaries. • Analyzed various decisions of Ukrainian courts and of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes to assist the partners. • Translated documents between English into Ukrainian.
