upcoming mission. The last full-fledged supervision mission took place in May 2014.

2. In preparation of the MTR, the implementing agency (ODESYPANO) recently sent to the Bank for review preliminary reports of a set of six thematic studies conducted by independent consultants to inform the MTR.
