Yearly security report says incidents at USC fell signifi cantly

The number of crimes have dropped on campus, according to the USC Division of Law Enforcement and Safety Annual Security Report. The Annual Security Report is a product of the Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act passed in 1990 requiring all institutions of higher education which receive federal dollars to produce an annual security report which is available to all students, faculty and employees of the university.
