C. Other Information 1. Pending Tree Regulations. New tree regulations will take effect on January 1, 2015. Land use review applications filed on or after January 1, 2015 will be subject to new Zoning Code and Tree Code requirements. These changes will effect some land use review application requirements and approval criteria in regards to tree planting and tree preservation.
