Among those whose work and support has contributed to the production of the Plan are those employed by Hart District Council over the years as Wardens and Rangers. 1. Management Aims The management proposals put forward in this plan are predominantly aimed at maintaining and where possible increasing local biological diversity and enhancing user’s
