In this guide, trails have been divided into fi ve sections: Truckee River. From its origin at Lake Tahoe to its terminus Eastern Sierra. Trails center around the Mount Rose Highway at Pyramid Lake, the Truckee River is the starting point for corridor on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada, including several hikes, as well as inspiration for the Tahoe-Pyramid a portion of northeast Lake Tahoe.
