National Service Day Initiative for seeding a Movement

Transition Town US is a movement to bring neighbors together to share strengths in creating local food producing communities. Historically, change begins with a few. Business plan summary.: For Angel Funding

Mission: To create another food system of healthy - primarily living foods- many of which can be used as our first medicine. To teach seven centers in the body, that help each individual on the planet awake to their strengths and work on the earth, and receive from the earth what they know within their bodies need. To practice a system of exchange that when other systems may be disrupted, a simple system will be in place in homes and neighborhoods to bring stability, ongoing education, and help for those in need.

Target Market: We believe the power of example is primary to this work, and inspired documentaries short films of this do-macracy and real world experiences will be produced. This is the light to become like a magnet to those seeking for another way of life. Low income mothers/women will be a key focus.

In addiction, The film will focus on the continental USA to raise 100-200,000 grass root supports funding through small donations, the film work and start up capital needed for this work to launch through Western China and areas west of mainland China as the Philippines.

Organizational structure: Two main organizations exist. As revealed, the international organization will in time be called Habitat for Health, and will work as a sister organization to Habitat for Humanity type organizations. This will form once supporters exist.

Simple Living Centers will be a key focus of fundraising. They are neighborhood centers, built to help neighborhoods. Plans are to provide tools and films for supporting mothers as they discover a simple more cooperative way of life. Keys to this are using emotional health education for mothers to teach their children and simple ways to work together producing basic needs and helping those in need.

Habitat for Health will be called Homes for Health until Habitat is formed. This is for legal reasons.This organization will support local Simple Living Centers - neighborhood councils - and assist with developing town wide fundraising of $3 per person to transition communities to local healthy food production with the aim to provide

1. More food security for local communities.

2. More local jobs in food production and food as our first medicine.

3. More local commonwealth approaches to .

4. A system in place if the larger economic system were disrupted.

5. A new food production network locally based and world wide in scope.

6. Teach tools for understand simple basic centers of within all mankind.

About 100,000 to 200,000 grass root supporters willing to pledge $3/month and assist with launching Habitat for Humanity, and town wide campaigns to change our way of life to something that makes so much common sense.
