Highlights of work done: • Started one window registration facility to students of COVAS, Udgir for the first time. • Took lead in getting ICAR Merit Cum Means Scholarship and successful in getting ICAR grants for Internship allowance for Internees regularly to COVAS, Udgir, since 2000 onwards. Grants of Rs 1, 04, 000/- were sanctioned by ICAR for the first time. • Helped UG students in getting GOI and other scholarships&free ships, regularly. • Made separate facility for Academic Cell, for the first time at campus. With one Junior Clerk started this activity & made different files & records.

2. An additional charge of “Drawing and disbursing officer” at COVAS Udgir from 1.5.2003 to 07.04.2004 (0ne year).

Highlights of work done: • Submitted demand note of Rs. One crore to University, for strengthening of different departments of COVAS, Udgir. • Tried to reduce the gap between Teaching staff & clerical staff by direct contact with the staff regarding office procedures. • Successfullydelivered this additional work for one year &handled over 3.35 crore rupees budget. • Attended along with other office staff, the special administrative training organized in the year 2003, by theUniversity Comptroller at University Head Quarter, Nagpur. • Perused the matter of pending TA bills of about 1.28 lacks with authorities of MAU & MAFSU. Rs. 39,882 has been released by MAFSU.
