In 1993, he was one of the first graduates of Bachelor of Producing in the Department of Management of BFA, and later worked as a teacher in that university. He taught courses such as Film Production Management, Film and Television Project Planning, Production and Marketing, and Film and TV Production Basics.
In 2003, he completed the graduate equivalent course (no degree) in BFA. In 2004, he was promoted to be an associate professor. In 2006, he obtained the master's tutor qualification. So far, he has guided nearly 30 master graduate students.
He published several articles such as "A Preliminary Study on the Reform of the State-run Movie Studios" and "European Film Cooperation Model Study" and co-authored "Managing Film and TV Production." He served as the first tutor of graduate work for the masters in BFA, and the judge of the new film mentoring program of master students in BFA. He has won the Best Master's Dissertation Tutor of the BFA.
