Conducted in Ely, , USA and l got certificate, an identities from, America Heart association, Exposure control, Anaphylaxis workshop and Wilderness First responder.

May 2001-Water safety course conducted in Minneapolis USA

Sept 2000: Attended semester course in Kenya. We did backpacking on Mt. Kenya learning about back packing, basic first aid techniques, Map reading, leadership and Expedition behavior. Then we Hiked on Ngurman hill and the Maasai land in general, game viewing on Abadea and Lake Nakuru National Park standing about Maasai cultures and wildlife and animal behaviour, Park regulation and Geographical changes. Lastly, we went to the coast and did snorkeling, wind surfing, and much about the Swahili culture. I was elected to be an ISGE leader (independent small group expedition) for 5 days on Mt. Kenya. Achieved Diploma.

March 1999: Certificate of attendance on Mountain Travel*Sobek Guides course under wilderness Medical society.

Nov-Dec.1998 Attended NOEP course conducted on Mt Kenya for 21,elected to be an ISGE leader for 5days,Achieved Diploma

May 1998 Tourism Guiding training seminar in Arusha organized by Irish Aid program and achieved certificate given by the Ministry of tourism and Natural resources. Honor Zakia Meghji.

Sept-oct.1997 Outdoor school Mountain guides course conducted on Mt Meru and Kilimanjaro, organized by French Embassy and achieved certificate

.March-June1996 Tour guide school at Mount Meru tour guide school, studing about art of guiding, Fauna and Flora, Park laws and regulations, Arnothology and handling of clients.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

May Sept 2001 Working as a camp counselor for Camp Widjiwagan YMCA in Minnesota,USA. Leading canoe trips in Boundary waters in Ely,Minnesota, backpacking in Bighornes ()and Rock Mountains in . -Rock climbing on Devils Tower in Wyoming , Shawanganks(New York)and on some of the cliffs along the Lake Superior and a lot of indoor climbing in Minnesota.

July 1998 To present/working for African Environments Ltd as an Assistant Expedition leader and Leader, leading trip on Mt. Kilimanjaro, Meru and Safari.

Jan 1998 Working as an assistant guide and later as a full Mountain guide with African Environments

July-Dec 1997 Working as a porter and as well as camping crew on Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Jan 1996-June 1997 Working for African environments as a Mechanic.
