These are called Parenting Orders.  There’s a dispute between guardians (that is, natural parents or court- appointed guardians) about other important matters about how children will be raised: where they will live, where they go to school, medical treatment (other than routine medical matters), what their culture, language and religion will be and any changes to their name. These are known as guardianship issues.  You want your private agreement made into a Court Order so the Family Court can make sure it’s followed. This is called a Consent Order.  You need the Family Court to take immediate action, such as preventing your children from being taken overseas without your permission. In these cases the Family Court can make an Interim Order.  When a court makes an Order it must  be followed by everyone who is  included in the Order. If the other  person is not following a Court Order  you can apply to the Family Court to  have it enforced.
