Terms and Conditions for ‘Park Inside 50’ Promotion

for 2021 Brisbane Lions AFL Home Games at the Gabba.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form a part of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

2. The Promoter is the Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club, Hyundai Centre, Level 5, Gate 2, 812 Stanley Street Woolloongabba, Queensland 4102, ABN 43 054 263 473.

3. The Promotion will open at 2pm AEST on Thursday 20 May 2021 and closes at 10.00am AEST on Tuesday 25 May 2021.

4. Entries are open to all Australian residents that meet the eligibility requirements in Clause 5 and must be lodged by the Close Time of the draw via the entry form located at www.lions.com.au/footymadebetter. Each entry relates to the selected AFL game only and will not be eligible for future games.

5. To be eligible to enter, entrants must be over the age of 18 and currently own a Hyundai which they agree to bring to the Gabba on the match day relating to this promotion and do the following: 5.1. complete all the necessary information fields in the online entry form at www.lions.com.au/footymadebetter, including providing the Model of Hyundai owned and enter the registration plates for that Hyundai 5.2. The winner must bring the Hyundai with the correlating number plates detailed on the prize- winning entry to the Gabba on match day to access the Park Inside 50 allocated car park.

6. The ‘Winners’ will be selected by random draw by The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, from all eligible entries that include the model of a Hyundai owned including details of the current registration plates, and who have nominated they agree to drive that vehicle to redeem their prize.

7. Four (4) Winners will be notified prior to the respective Brisbane Lions AFL Home Game played at the Gabba. There is a maximum total of 4 Winners in this promotion. 8. The Draw Schedule below outlines when the four (4) Winners will be drawn and notified, prior to Round 10, Brisbane Lions AFL Home Game.

9. The Prize each winner will receive is the use of one (1) car park space, to the maximum dimensions of 2m wide by 3.5m long, located in close proximity to the Gabba (Winner will be advised of the exact locations by The Promoter). Plus, two (2) x Area VIP tickets, and One (1) Brisbane Lions supporter gift pack.

10. Entry to the Car Park will be open from 11am for Round 11. Upon the start of the Game / “Bounce” (at 2:10pm for Round 11), the Car Park will be deemed closed, and no further entry will be permitted. If a winner of a car park space does not access the car park before it is closed, then the prize is forfeited.

11. Winners must do the following to enter the Car Park for the Round they have won a car parking space: 11.1. Provide printed proof you are a valid Winner for the respective game (which will be issued by The Promoter by email); 11.2. Be driving the vehicle registered for the winning entry; 11.3. Print and display the parking signage issued by The Promoter on entry to the Car Park and display in your vehicle at the said Home Game. 11.4. All persons inside the vehicle must have a valid ticket to enter the ground. 11.5. Follow instructions of The Promoter’s staff or representatives at all times; 11.6. Proceed to gate 2 Lions Shop to collect your Brisbane Lions supporter gift pack, then proceed to Gate 1 for Area VIP entry.

12. An individual may only enter this promotion once for the game.

13. Winners will be notified on the above-mentioned date, by email and phone.

Each of the Winners must make their own way, at their own cost, to and from the Gabba, to attend the AFL Brisbane Lions Home Game.

14. The total value prize pool is valued at $1200.

15. The Prize is not transferable. Should the drawn Winners not be able to attend the assigned Home Game, The Promoter will re-draw the prize.

16. The Brisbane Lions will contact the Winners with all details pertaining to The Prize, including one (1) parking pass and parking entry details, two (2) Area VIP tickets and one (1) Brisbane Lions supporter gift pack prior to the respective Home Game.

17. Directors, staff, Associates and immediate family members of either Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club or Hyundai are ineligible to win the prize.

18. The Brisbane Lions has a Privacy Policy. Where we collect your personal information, we will act in accordance with that Policy. Please contact us on (07) 3335 1777, www.lions.com.au or [email protected] to request a copy of our Privacy Policy.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time prior to the draw.

20. The decision of The Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. The Winners agree to abide by the Brisbane Lions Conditions of Entry to the Car Park.

22. If you do not accept the Conditions of Entry to the Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club Car Parking, per clause 25, you must not enter the Car Park.

23. By entering this competition, you agree to receive communications from the Brisbane Lions and Brisbane Lions’ corporate partners.

24. BRISBANE LIONS AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL CLUB CAR PARKING Important Notice - Please read the following “Conditions of Use of Car Park” before proceeding to park vehicle. - If you are unwilling to park your vehicle on such conditions, please do not enter the car park.

CONDITIONS OF USE OF CAR PARK 24.1. Authority to use the car park is a licence that the proprietor has an absolute discretion to revoke at any time without notice.

24.2. Any employee, servant or agent of the proprietor may exercise the rights and descriptions conferred on the proprietor by these conditions.

24.3. The customer agrees to use the car park at the customer’s risk and releases the proprietor to the full extent permitted by law from all claims, demands, actions or suits whatsoever by the customer resulting from any death or injury to any persons, or loss or damage to any vehicle or goods or property, or arising directly or indirectly from the customer’s use of or presence in the car park whether such death, injury or loss was caused or contributed to by the proprietor, their servants or agents or any vehicle or otherwise.

24.4. The customer shall at all times while in the car park comply with all signs placed in the car park by the proprietor and with all directions and requests that may be made by the proprietor or their agent in respect of the car park or any vehicle or person therein.

24.5. The proprietor may close the car park at a discretionary time following any major event. Cars not removed prior to closure of the car park will be accessible thereafter during normal business hours only.

24.6. In these conditions: a. “The proprietor” – Brisbane Lions AFC, PO Box 1535, Coorparoo DC QLD 4151 ABN: 43 054 263 473. b. “The car park” – At the Car Park for which this ticket is issued (as stated in correspondence from issued by the promoter, via email. c. “The customer” – Shall be deemed to be the agent of the owner, lessor, lessee, or hirer of the motor vehicle as the case may be.
