Sarah has more than 30 years’ experience in the benefits industry. Prior to joining Accompass in 2012, she led the entire Canadian consulting operation at a global human resources and outsourcing firm.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University and has a reputation as an outspoken thought leader in the benefits industry. She is a member of the advisory board of Benefits Canada magazine and is a frequent spokesperson and author on the topic of employee benefits. The Masonic Temple in Toronto is the former meeting place of the Masons, whose origins trace back to medieval Britain. Constructed in 1918, the temple's concert hall played host to many legendary musicians, including: , , and . In 2013, Info-Tech Research Group purchased the historic Masonic Temple from Bell Media. The temple is now home to Info-Tech and McLean & Company's Toronto Office and Innovation Lab.
