This FEIS was distributed and available for review at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), New York Public Library - Amsterdam Branch, Manhattan Borough President's Office, community boards, and other locations. Copies of the document or Abstract, or a notification of availability of the FEIS were distributed to an approximate 500-person mailing list. Section 24.1 is the mailing list that received copies of the FEIS document.

Section 24.2 provides a list of locations where copies of the FEIS are available for review.
