We apologize for the numerous omissions and for the errors in spelling to certain names. This is due to missing documentation or errors in spelling on documents we obtained. During our editing of this work, in March 2009 and following, we were fortunate to receive some names of players that we had previously had no success in obtaining. We extend our gratitude to Dr. Ian Brittain, Paralympic historian, for providing the names of starting-5s for each competing nation in the 1960 Paralympics, as well as some missing scores.
