Registration: $450 per person, single occupancy room: $375 each for two people sharing a room. Fee includes all meals, transportation and hotel accommodations for Thursday night at the Residence Inn in San Marcos, including a dinner at Stone ­Brewery in Escondido. Participants are respon- sible for their own transportation to and from the San Diego County Water Authority.
