GW Marketing Services: 1980 - Present

Began consulting business in the New England area with the principle function of brokering dealership businesses, franchising consultancy, evaluating dealership businesses, performing "expert witness" services regarding partnership disputes, divorces, manufacturer terminations, etc. (see attached Transaction History I and Transaction History II for lists of dealerships brokered, dealerships consulted, and litigation services performed).

Chrysler Motors Corporation [a/k/a DaimlerChrysler]: 1968 - 1980

Zone Manager (Boston Zone) 1978 Responsible for all vehicle sales, shipments, advertising, and staff functions, such as Dealer Placement, Business Management, and Distribution; District Manager training and motivation and hiring and firing functions.

Regional Fleet Manager (Denver Zone) 1977 Responsible for all fleet, leasing and rental activities in the Zone including major fleet contacts, special bid activities, leasing and rental programs, and District Manager training in these activities.

Regional Leasing Manager (Chicago Zone) 1976 Responsible for all dealer leasing and rental activities; organization of training meetings for District Managers and dealers regarding vehicle leasing and rental programs.

Assistant Zone Manager (Chicago Zone) 1974 -1975

Zone Distribution Manager/Personnel Manager (New York Zone) 1972 -1973 Responsible for the distribution of all cars in the New York Zone for the Chrysler-Plymouth Division, collecting and disseminating all sales and shipment reports and statistics, and training District Managers on the use of the reports and dealer contacts regarding obtaining vehicle orders. Also responsible for hiring all new applicants for District Manager and office staff.

Zone Business Management Manager (New York Zone) 1971 - 1972 Responsible for compiling of dealer financial statement statistics, and composites, training District Managers regarding dealer financials, holding area business management meetings with dealers, and assisting the Dealer Placement Manager in processing new dealer packages.

District Sales Manager (New York Zone) 1968 - 1971 Westchester, Dutchess, and Putnam, New York Counties; Fairfield County, Connecticut; Bergen County, New Jersey; Responsible for a District of dealers regarding sales activities.
