Today we celebrate Pentecost Sunday. We recall how the came upon ’ disciples and the Blessed Mother (Acts of the Apos- Parish Events tles 2) so that they fearlessly proclaimed Christ crucified and risen from the dead. In Scripture the Holy Spirit is depicted as a dove in Coming up: flight, as a mighty wind and as tongues of fire. All of these images convey energy and movement. The Holy Spirit is God moving within us and among us. The Holy Spirit inspires us to share with one another International  the love and mercy we have received from God. Potluck Luncheon/Dinner Today! Pentecost Sunday,   Please save the dates of our St. Anne Novena and Feast of St. Anne, June 9th at 1:00 PM  Saint Anne Social Hall July 17 26. Each evening of the Novena begins at 7PM at St. Anne and consists of Evening Prayer including a presentation of 20 to 30 minutes. We conclude by 8PM. On the Feast of Ss. Anne and (July 26) we will have Mass at 7PM. C.A.F.E. (Coffee After Faith Experience) is an event for young adults (1829 years old) to gather together in a casual setting , listen to a guest speaker, and enjoy some beverages and snacks with their friends.
