And whereas, in accordance with sub-section ( I ) ofsection 3 I ofthe said Act. after necessarv enquiries and after consulting the Director of Town Plannin-e. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 I (l ) ofthe said Act and ofall other powers enabling it on that behalf, the Govemment of Maharashtra hereby:-

a) Gives notice inviting suggestions and objections from any person in respect of the proposed substantial modifications as specified irtthe SCHEDULE-B appended hereto, within a period @49- b) Appoints the Joint Director of Town Planning Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad as the "Ofiicer" under Section 31 (2) of the said Act, to hear all suggestions and objections as stated in (a) above and to submit his report thereupon to the Govemment for further necessary action.

0.2 Only the suggestions or objections regarding substantial modificatioins mentioned in SCHEDULE-B, that may be received by the Joint Director of Town Planning, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad having his office at MAHADA Building, 2nd floor, near Baba Petrol Pump, Station Road, Aurangabad - 431001 within the stipulated period of 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the official Gazette, shall be considered.
