Each of our 10 luxury homes benefits from a stylish open plan living, kitchen and dining area, and a separate utility room with services ready. The contemporary kitchens are Cornish-built by Treyone with 20mm stone composite worktops, stainless steel sinks, plus Neff appliances. For the flooring, we have used wide plank engineered-oak and wool carpets. We have installed remote access underfloor heating for your comfort. All internal doors are painted and finished with brushed stainless furniture. Within the ceilings are dimmable LED down lights and state-of-the-art speakers for entertaining needs.

The Master bedroom holds an in-built wardrobe and accompanying ensuite with mirrored storage, contemporary fittings and heated electric towel rail. This is also standard specification in the family bathroom.

We use a Velfac window system throughout the building, and all balconies are finished with a frameless glass balustrade to maximise the views. Private balconies are decked in millboard (perfect for the Cornish sea air!). Private gardens (plots 5-10) are turfed and planted, all further outdoor areas are paved and feature lighting and external power sockets, plus water taps. Each property has two to three allocated parking spaces and shares access to communal refuse store. For build security, there is a 10 year NHBC Buildmark warranty which is as standard across our Legacy built properties.
