Team warm ups will continue for a minimum of 20 minutes on game field 2:30 p.m. ‐ #1 Angelo State (light) vs. #4 West Texas A&M (dark) (uniform color) *Molded rubber cleats only Saturday, November 9 Practice Schedule, ASU Soccer Field (closed to the public) 10:00 – 10:55 a.m. – Higher remaining seeded team 11:00 – 11:55 a.m. – Lower remaining seeded team Sunday, November 10 12 noon ‐ Gates open for spectators – field available for team warm ups 1:00 p.m. – Championship match – Highest remaining seed (light) vs. Lowest remaining seed (dark) Tickets Tickets are $7 for adults (18 and older) and $5 for youth and students. All students from the participating schools with ID will be admitted free. Tickets for Friday will be for both matches. There are no tournament pass sales, only single day. There are no complimentary admissions. Coming from Knickerbocker via Jackson Street, turn north onto South Jackson Street. Then turn west on University Avenue, right (north) onto Varsity Lane and left (west) onto Varsity Lane. Coming from Knickerbocker via Johnson Street, turn north onto South Johnson Street. Then turn right (east) onto Victory Lane. Banquet The Lone Star Conference Tournament Banquet will begin Thursday, November 7th at 7:00 p.m. in the C J Davidson Conference Center inside the Houston Harte University Center. Included in this manual is a form to fill out to indicate the number of banquet tickets you will need for your official party. If you have parents or fans that wish to attend please list that number. The form must be submitted by Wednesday, November 6 at 12 noon. Please do NOT give these to fans. These are for use for your official party only. If you need additional passes, please contact Wes Bloomquist. Media Credentials All media credential requests must be made through Wes Bloomquist (325‐486‐6993). A press area will be available on the south side of the field, opposite the team benches. Team Video Angelo State will handle all team video for each team. Please make arrangements with ASU coaching staff to obtain video. We only have room for one video camera at the ASU Soccer Field. Streaming Live video streaming of all matches is handled through the Lone Star Conference office. Facility Rules No outside food or drink of any kind is permitted in the ASU Soccer Field. There is a full‐service concession stand and restrooms located behind the grand stand opposite the team benches. Medical and Athletic Training All pregame medical and athletic training needs will be administered at the ASU Athletic Training Center inside the Junell Center. There are no on‐site athletic training facilities. Please contact ASU Athletic Training staff for any questions. Locker Rooms Locker Rooms will be provided for each team in the Junell Center located east of the ASU Soccer Field. There are no on‐ site locker rooms. Team transportation can drop teams off on the east side of the Junell Center to access locker rooms and training facilities.
