ELMAN RUSTAMOV Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan Dear Mr.Vahid Novruzov, On behalf of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, I sincerely congratulate you and all your staff on the occasion of 25th anniversary of the Chamber of Auditors of Azerbaijan Republic. Azerbaijan has become one of the most reformist countries in the world on the basis of economic development strategy put forward by national leader Heydar Aliyev as well as the modern management system and development models implemented by President Ilham Aliyev. The Chamber of Auditors as an active participant in the process of economic development of the country during its 25 years of successful activity, has done significant works in improving the audit services quality and establishing the relevant legislation for this purpose, eliminating the shadow economy, ensuring the transparency of financial and economic relations, strengthening the financial and tax discipline, developing the audit services market, training of professionals in this field, as well as in bringing the level of audit in line with international standards. The victory of our Victorious Army in the Patriotic War under the skillful leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, has established new challenges and opportunities in the development of the country's economy. I am confident that in the context of new strategic challenges, the Chamber of Auditors will continue to work to strengthen its responsibilities, especially to strengthen the financial control system, increase transparency and ensure the efficient use of financial resources in the country. Once again, I congratulate you and your staff on special anniversary and wish you successes in your activities. .
