Courses UG: B.Sc Mathematics, Microbiology, Electronics and Communication Science, Computer Science. B.COM General. 2000 - Commencement of B.C.A and First Graduation Day Celebrations. Shifted to permanent building at Crescent Avenue Road, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar. 2001 - College was transformed into Co-education Institution. Commencement of BBA and B.Com Corporate Secretaryship, Installation of Extension Service Units – NSS and ROTARCT CLUBs. 2002 - Expansion of infrastructure with state of art – KRMM A/C Auditorium. PG STATUS: M.SC Biotechnology. 2003 - Installation Of Youth Red Cross And Nature Club. 2004 - Research wing of the college was initiated Commencement of M.Sc Information Technology. First Cycle of NAAC Accreditation. 2005 - Commencement of B.Sc Biotechnology. 2006 - Decennial Year Celebrations. First International Conference Organised by Department of Business Administration. First M.A.M. Muthiah Kumararajah of Chettinad Volley Ball Tournament was organised. First Industry Institute Interface was organised by Department of Commerce. 2007 - Internal Quality Assurance Cell Was Constituted, Commencement of B.A. English Literature and Open Air Theatre - Chettinad Kalaiarangam was built. 2009 - Dr.Meena Muthiah Study Centre For Entrepreneurship – Research and Activity Unit of KRMMC was launched. Best Library Award Bestowed on the College. 2009 - Dr. Meena Muthiah Study Centre For Entrepreneurship – Research and Activity Unit Of KRMMC was Launched. Best Library Award Bestowed on the College. 2010 - International Conference organised by Mathematics Department. 2011 - Commencement of Shift II with 2 UG Courses B.Com Accounting &Finance and BCA. Certificate Courses As Value Add On Were Introduced. 2012 - LEO CLUB was installed. Vocational Training Classes for First Years was introduced Kumararajah Premier League Colleges Vs Corporate Cricket Tournament - An ISR Initiative. 2013 - Certificate courses revamped for Second Years Campus to Corporate - Pre Placement Training Program was initiated for all Final Year Students. Inter School State Level Hockey Tournament was conducted. College campus was brought under Surveillance with CCTV Cameras and Launch of Audio Visual Room. 2014 - Board of 16 Directors under various Portfolios was designated. Wing for Spiritual and Skill development practices – Gurukul came into existence. Parent Industry Institute Interface was organised by Placement and Career Guidance Cell and IQAC of the college. B. Hema from the department of Corporate Secretaryship received the First Doctorate degree from the college under the guidance of Dr.P.T. Vijayshree, Principal. 2015 - NAAC Reaccreditation – Second Cycle. International Conference organised by Commerce Department. Public Address system was introduced. Yet another feather in the cap- Best College Award for Imparting Value Based Education was introduced. KRMM Commerce Lab for Banking and Financial Services was set up. 2016 – Collaboration with ICT Academy 2017 – Commencement of new Courses B.Sc (Vis.Com) and M.Com(Banking & Management) , ERP for Administrative purposes Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) MOU was signed between Centre for Medical Genetics and Department of Life Sciences of our College on Aug 5th and 6th the signing was done by Dr.Kumaramanilavel Director of Center for Medical genetics and Dr.P.T.Vijayshree, Principal of Kumararani Meena Muthiah College. In connection with this two days seminar was organized for Science and Medical Students. Students from different colleges and Universities got benefited.
