EVALUATION REPORT I. ENGINEER ESTIMATE The concerned Executive Engineer (Sewerage) Scheme-33 Division, prepared an estimate for amount of Rs.9,73,728/- duly endorsed by S.E (Dist; Malir) which was further checked by Design Office for an amount of Rs.9,73,728/-. The M.D, KW&SB accorded approval for calling tender vide Para- I 5/N2. 2. BIDDING DOCUMENT The bidding documents were prepared by concerned Executive Engineer duly endorsed by S.E (Dist. East) and DMD (TS). The bidding documents are based on the design for the work prepared by concerned Executive Engineer (Sewerage) Scheme-33 Division. 3. BIDDING PROCEDURE The invitation of tenders and availability of tender documents were notified through SPPRA Web Site vide No.EE/Sch:33/Sew/NIT/K W8cSB/2016- 2017/61 dated:02-01--2017 and SPPRA Web Site vide Serial No.31058 1.D # which were opened on 23-01-2017 but due to no tender received on 23-01- 2017, the tender were opened on 09-02-2017 (2nd Attempt) as per NIT. 4. PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE-I The Procurement Committee-I as per Rule-7 of SPPRA-2010 has been constituted by the Competent Authority vide No.KWSB/CEOPD1/2013/236 dated:15-03-2013 comprising on the following officer for opening of bids as per letter No.KWSB/CE(IPD)/2013/271 dated:1 I-11-2013 & No.KW&SB/SR.
