GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FOOD & SUPPLIES DEPARTMENT ll-A, Mirza Ghalib Street, Kolkata- 7000 87 2525 -FS/O/Sectt/DP/4M-73/19 Dated: 09.10.2020 ORDER Whereas, it has become imperative for the Food & Supplies Department to procure paddy and make available the requisite quantity of food grains for distribution through Public Distribution System and for the implementation of NFSA and RKSY Programmes, thus the State Government has decided to procure the requisite quantity of paddy directly from the farmers of the State during KMS 2020-21 at the Minimum Support Price to prevent the distress sale of paddy and to ensure the supply of rice through Public Distribution System; And whereas, the Directorate of DDP&S under this Department will procure a substantial quantity of the targeted paddy through 350 nos. of Centralized Procurement Centre (CPC} all over the State notified vide no 2318-FS/Sectt/Food/4P- 16/2016 (Pt- 11) dated, zs" of September, 2020; And whereas, to make the said CPCs functional, it has been considered that at least 2(two) persons [one inspecting staff as Purchase Officer (PO)/ one clerical staff or inspecting staff as Disbursing Officer(DO) ] should be deployed in each CPC and some employees to be kept as reserve; Now, therefore, after careful consideration of the matter, the Governor is pleased to order that the officials detailed below are drawn from the different Directorates under control of this Department and hereby placed in the said CPCsfor utilization of their services for the entire KMS 2020-21 until further order. palash -~- Name of the Present Name of the Present SI Name of Location of Name of the 0.0.
