REC ROOM The Rec Room, our Friday night youth club, has almost doubled in size CHURCHES TOGETHER You are invited to a half day conference organised by since the turn of the year. Therefore, we're looking for more helpers who can help Churches Together in the Merseyside Region on Saturday 18th March from 9.30 - on a rota basis. We need helpers to run the tuck shop, play board games, referee 1.00 at the Quaker Meeting House, School Lane, L1 3BT. The keynote speaker is football or just monitor a room of young people 'chilling and chatting'. Our helpers Michael Harvey and the cost will be £7.00 including light refreshments. NOTICE FOR CHURCH COUNCIL MEMBERS - EXTRAORDINARY CHURCH COUNCIL MEETING: 19TH MARCH 2017 An extraordinary church council meeting will be after the morning service but prior to the start of the General Church Meeting and Vision Day. The sole agenda item for this meeting will be for the St. Luke’s annual property return to be submitted for approval before the council.
