Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa), represented by the Health, Safety and Environment Department, organised a health awareness campaign for its employees by conducting medical examination and providing medical consul- tations in cooperation with medical centers. The campaign aimed at raising the awareness of employees and maintain their health and safety in order to implement health, safety and environment standards and pro- grams and to enhance the spirit of communication and cooper- ation with health authorities within the State. The health cam- paign included a number of activities such as regular medical screening for blood pressure measurements, sugar, choles- terol and body mass rate, in addition to providing specialized medical consultations.
