Jin Zhu was first, and then another three giant pandas mated. We hoped that they will become giant panda mothers soon. Among the giant pandas, some are without mating experiences therefore; the researchers have to train the giant pandas without experience to mate. In order to improve the giant panda breeding working, the researchers gave up their holiday to ensure everything went smoothly. With pandas expected at Bifengxia – that means they need incubators!! Remember if twins are born one will not survive or if a first time mother rejects the cub it will not survive without Incubators. Dr. Li in charge of the nursery has asked Pandas International for two new incubators for Bifengxia. So we are asking you to help with the purchase of the incubators. Please hurry — they need them by June. Click here to donate to help purchase incubators.
