Containment Zone District Gautam Budh Nagar 14/07/2020 CONTAINMENT ZONE DISTRICT GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR 14/07/2020 Order dated 13th JUNE 2020 of Chief Secretary UP Government the containment zone in urban areas will be 250 meter radius or entire mohalla (floor in which the patient resides in a society)incase there is a single positive case and radius of 500 meters if there are more than one positive cases with a buffer zone of 250 meters will be taken as containment zone. In rural areas the village will be taken as containment zone if there is one case, if there is more than one case the adjoining area of village will be taken as buffer zone. In case of multi storied residential buildings / societies the following rules shall apply with regards to containment zones: If one case in a floor situated in a multi-story society, that particular floor where active case/ cases have been found shall be designated as containment zone.If cases are found in more than one tower in a society, all such towers where active cases have been found along with all such common facilities like park, gym swimming pool, and banquet hall shall form containment zone.
