Credit Cards will be accepted. Online entries must be made with a credit card however the card will not be charged until you are checking out. At that time you may decide if you want to pay with the credit card, by check, by cash or even with multiple credit cards. Even if paying with a Credit Card you must still leave an open check on file until you check out.

ENTRIES close March 18, 2021. Entries postmarked later than this date will be charged a nonrefundable $35.00 per horse late fee. Open check policy will be in effect even if paying with a Credit Card.

ALL HORSES coming into North Carolina from other States and North Carolina stabled horses must be accompanied by a current Negative Coggins Certificate (EIA) within twelve months. A copy must be left on file in the show office and must be displayed on the front of the stall. There will be a $1 charge if the office has to make a copy.

SHOW OFFICE will close one hour prior to the scheduled start of each session. Classes scratched within this period will not be refunded.

STALLS will be available on Tuesday, April 13th at 10:00am. Early arrivals MUST be pre-approved through show manager, 919-365-5149 or email: [email protected]. A $30 per stall/per day fee will apply. NON STABLED HORSES must pay a $45 per horse per day grounds fee.

YOUR STALLS CAN BE PRE-BEDDED at $14.00 per stall. Indicate your wish for pre-bedding on the entry blank and stall manager will contact you on which to bed. PRIZE MONEY will be paid by check within 30 days and becomes non-negotiable after 60 days.

ALL ACCOUNTS must be settled before the last class of the horse show. The show office will not be open on Sunday. Management reserves the right to fill in any open checks left at that time for the amount due. If no balance due, the check will be voided. ANY EXHIBITOR THAT HAS NOT NOTIFIED MANAGEMENT OF CORRECTIONS NEEDED TO THE ACCOUNT RELINQUISHES ALL RIGHTS TO CHANGE AFTER TWO WEEKS FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF THE HORSE SHOW.

A $50 return check fee will be assessed if a check is non-negotiable for any reason. Upon notification or attempt to notify, exhibitors will have five days to make full payment including penalty in certified funds, cashier’s check or money order to avoid further action. Cash Only may be required if you have previously given a non-negotiable check.

ADDED/MOVED/CHANGED CLASSES will require a $300 fee per class.

SHAVINGS - $8.75 per bag. Pre-orders for shavings will be at your stall when you arrive. Bedding may only be hauled in on your own personal vehicle, no vendors.

GOLF CARTS, SCOOTERS, etc - Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles on the competition grounds.

REFUNDS requested before the closing date of entries will be made in full less a $15 scratch horse fee and the non-refundable office fee of $35. Refunds requested after the closing date must be accompanied by a veterinarian certificate and must be received before the end of the show. Stalls will not be refunded after April 7TH .

The Show shall be under absolute control of the Management. The manager’s decision is final and may not be protested. Only qualified persons shall be allowed in the ring during judging. Exhibitors are notified that any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the judge or officials on the part of the trainer, owner, rider or groom will disqualify horse or rider and the owner shall forfeit his entry fees and other fees.

Read it carefully before signing the entry blank I AGREE NEITHER THE RALEIGH INVITATIONAL HORSE SHOW, HORSE SHOW MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC, THE NC STATE FAIR, THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, NOR THE MANAGEMENT, NOR THE OFFICIALS OF THE SHOW WILL BE RESPONIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY TO MOUNT, OWNER, RIDER OR OTHER PERSONS OR PROPERTY. IT WILL BE THE CONDITION OF ENTRY THAT EACH EXHIBITOR SHALL HOLD THE HORSE SHOW AND ITS MANAGEMENT BLAMELESS FOR ANY LOSS OR ACCIDENT TO ANY ANIMAL PERSON OR PROPERTY THAT MAY OCCUR FOM SICKNESS, FIRE AND OTHERWISE AT THIS SHOW, UNDER NORTH CAROLINA LAW, AN EQUINE ACTIVITY SPONSOR OR EQUINE PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES RESULTING EXCLUSIVELY FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES. CHAPTER 99E OF THE NORTH CAROLINA GENERAL STATUES.

CAMPER: $30/per Day/Night Available on a first come first serve basis. Camper fees will be collected by the NC State Fair Security officers. Upon arrival pick a site that you like then call Security at 919-612-6767 and tell them your site number. They will come and unlock your spot and collect camping fees.

THE HORSE SHOW COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO: 1. Vary or add to the names of those Officials who have been invited to participate. 2. Cancel or combine any class with less than four entries. 3. Refuse any or all entries, return any money paid for stalls or entry fees without explanation or recourse to the Show for liability or compensation. 4. Every animal entered for competition shall be under the control of the Management. 5. Only qualified persons shall be allowed in the ring during judging. Open to Junior Exhibitors and Amateurs only. For riders that have either moved out of the Academy Division OR are new riders entering show horse classes for the first time. Open to Competitors in their first two seasons of competing in a suit at ASHA recorded competition. All competitors must be an ASHA member or join at the show. Riders are allowed to cross over into other divisions during this two year period. Riders who have competed at a National/World Finals level competition in Saddle Seat are ineligible. Judged as Open English Pleasure – Walk, Trot and Canter. Horses may be of ANY BREED but must be a Saddle Seat Type horse and show in the equipment and attire standards of the American Saddlebred English Pleasure Division.
