TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE PLEASE READ & FAMILARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS SALE. YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS WHETHER YOU HAVE READ THEM OR NOT. All buyers must register in the office prior to the sale. Identification will be required. No delivery will be made until final settlement. Seller assumes all responsibility for any bid that is made & not honored. Registration papers, breeder’s certificates & applications on cataloged horses must be turned into the office BEFORE sale time. A negative coggins MUST accompany each horse. All prospective buyers are cautioned & hereby advised to examine horses thoroughly. HORSES will not be delivered to buyer until proper settlement has been made. All livestock must be paid within 24 hours. Proceeds will be held in our office for four days. All transactions must run through the office. Alley trading is permitted, however change of ownership must be brought to the office for the final paper work to be distributed. Data provided in this catalog is generally correct, but occasionally errors do occur due to incorrect data received from others, processing mistakes, and other causes. We Disclaim liability for such errors, but appreciate them being called to our attention.
