Shea has continuously shown himself to have malicious intent and a lack of respect for the inalienable rights of individuals granted to them by the United States Constitution and the laws of Washington State; WHEREAS: the Washington State House of Representatives commissioned independent investigators to investigate Rep. Shea’s malicious conduct; WHEREAS: investigators released their findings in a report on December 1, 2019; ​ ​ WHEREAS: investigators found that Rep.
