County Council Waiting Restrictions and Car Club Parking Place in Staines-Upon-Thames In The Of Spelthorne proposes to make, under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 36, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 53 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: - (a) The Surrey County Council (On-Street Car Club Parking Places) Order 202-, the effect of which will be to Introduce such on- street parking place for the parking of a car club vehicle only which displays a valid car club permit. The car club bay will be in operation for 24 hours, Monday to Sunday in Moormede Crescent, Staines-Upon-Thames, subject to the usual exemptions e.g. emergency vehicles, using vehicles for works on or adjoining those lengths of roads etc., (n. b. disabled “blue badge holders” will not be exempt from this restriction); (b) The Surrey County Council (Various Roads in Spelthorne) (Revocation and Consolidation of Waiting, Loading and Unloading Prohibition and Restriction) Order 2005 (Amendment No.14) Order 202-, the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting by vehicles (1) at any time in certain lengths of Road, Staines-Upon-Thames, outside the access between Staines Service Station and 111/119 London Road and outside Nos. 143/145 London Road, (the no waiting Monday-Saturday 8.30am-6.30pm restriction between these points will be revoked), and Fairfield Avenue at the junction with the access road (otherwise known as Furlong Road); and (2) Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm in Fairfield Avenue, Staines-Upon-Thames, subject to the usual exemptions for loading and unloading vehicles, boarding and alighting from vehicles, for works on or adjoining the lengths of road, the maintenance of the road and the services in it and for disabled persons vehicles in accordance with the Blue Badge Scheme; (c) The following Orders are also proposed, the effect of which was to make drafting amendments to the existing orders which impose certain waiting and parking prohibitions and restrictions in the Borough of Spelthorne, which does not affect the operation of those prohibitions and restrictions; (1) The Surrey County Council (Various Roads in Spelthorne) (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools) (No. 1) Order 2006 (Amendment No. 13) Order 202-; (2) The Surrey County Council (Various Roads in Staines and ) (Prohibition of Waiting of Heavy Commercial Vehicles) Order 2006 (Amendment No.13) Order 202-; (3) The Surrey County Council (Church Road Ashford) (Free On-Street Parking Place) (Police Vehicles) (Replacement) Order 2007 (Amendment No.12) Order 202-; (4) The Surrey County Council (Borough of Spelthorne) (Solo Motor Cycle Parking Places) Order 2013 (Amendment No.7) Order 202-; (5) The Surrey County Council Prospect Place (D3287) Staines Upon Thames in the Borough of Spelthorne (Permit Holders’ On-Street Parking Place) (Permit Zone) Order 2014 (Amendment No.6) Order 202-; (6) The Surrey County Council (Various Roads in Spelthorne) (Consolidation of Free Street Parking Places and Revocation) Order 2005) (Amendment No.14) Order 202-; (7) The Surrey County Council (Various Roads in Spelthorne) (Free Street Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.2) Order 2005 (Amendment No.14) Order 202-; (8) The (Various Roads in Spelthorne) (Residents' On-Street Parking Places) Order 2010 (Amendment No.11) Order 202-.
