11. Participation of teachers in academic and personal counseling of students :

College assesses the student‟s needs in terms of knowledge and skills before the commencement of the session, for this induction programs are given to the students before the commencement of the classes. Remedial Classes for the weak & poor students are conducted. Tutorials are also given to the students. Time table of the tutorials session is prepared by the faculty members and displayed on the departmental notice board. Students use to discuss their subject problems with their teachers, also the discussion about progression to higher education and placements are done.
