Other Information INVITATION TO BID

1. The Oﬃce of Sangguniang Kabataan, Barangay Poblacion Pardo, Cebu City through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 from the 1- Million SK Financial Assistance from the Cebu City Government intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Pesos (Php199,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No: 2021-04-002 (Supply and delivery of various Furniture for SK-POBLACION PARDO'S EDUCATIONAL LEARNING HUB as responsive measure against the COVID-19 pandemic;). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Oﬃce of Sangguniang Kabataan, Barangay Poblacion Pardo, Cebu City now invites bids for the above Procurement (Supply and delivery of various Furniture for SK-POBLACION PARDO'S EDUCATIONAL LEARNING HUB as responsive measure against the COVID-19 pandemic;). Delivery of the Goods is required within 7 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as speciﬁed in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Oﬃce of Sangguniang Kabataan -Barangay Poblacion Pardo, 3rd Floor, Poblacion Pardo Barangay Hall, Cebu City and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00am-5:00pm.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on April 15-23, 2021 from the given address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php500.00). The Procuring Entity shall require the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees during the bid opening.

6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the oﬃce address indicated below on or before 1:00pm on April 25, 2021. Late bids shall not be accepted.

7. Bid opening shall be on April 25, 2021 at 1:30pm at the given address below Oﬃce of Sangguniang Kabataan -Barangay Poblacion Pardo, 3rd Floor, Poblacion Pardo Barangay Hall, Cebu City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend the activity.

8. The Oﬃce of Sangguniang Kabataan, Barangay Poblacion Pardo, Cebu City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
