Changes to our eGif Card products efective 21 October 2020

What are the Branded eGif Cards redemption changes?

As we continue to expand on our Gif Card oferings to provide our customers with more variety and loyalty rewards, we have made some important and necessary changes to the Woolworths Gif Cards program.

Please note that as of 21 October 2020, when you purchase a Branded eGif Card from our website, it will only be redeemable within the brand for which the Store eGif Card is branded.

This means,

● Store eGif Cards will only be redeemable at BIG W, online and in store. ● Woolworths Store eGif Cards will only be redeemable at Woolworths & Metro, online and in store. ● BWS Store eGif Cards will only be redeemable at BWS, online and in store. ● Dan Murphy's Store eGif Cards will only be redeemable at Dan Murphy's, online and in store. ● Cellarmasters Store eGif Cards will only be redeemable at Cellarmasters online.

We appreciate that previously, some Woolworths Branded eGif Cards have been redeemable across all Woolworths Group participating stores.

This change does not apply to any eGif Cards purchased from our website prior to 21 October 2020. These eGif Cards will continue to be subject to the WISH Gif Card Terms & Conditions. For WISH Terms & Conditions visit woolworths.com.au/wishgifcard/ termsandconditions.

This change does not apply to physical Branded Gif Cards* purchased before or afer 21 October 2020. These physical Gif Cards will continue to be subject to the WISH Gif Cards Terms & Conditions. WISH Gif Cards will also continue to be redeemable across all participating Woolworths Group store and Fuel** sites.
