Dear Parents and Carers, We have had an action packed half term so far as we now enter the Christmas festival period of Christmas Fayres, Christmas Dinner, school performances, parties, and our Panto trip to the Grove Theatre in . We look forward to seeing many of you at these events as we lead up towards the end of term. Key Diary Dates: School News Wellbeing Week – As many of you are aware we 5th December: Christmas celebrated Anti-bullying Week, the theme was Fayre ‘The Change Starts with Us’. 11th December: Yr1 & Yr2 Remembrance Day – The children Christmas Performance made some amazing art work to for parents 2:30pm commemorate this important day in our country’s history and we had a very moving Assembly with a special visitor; Miss Foster’s Grandad who is a 12th December: Nursery War Veteran! th tth 13 December: Christmas Indoor Athletics – 22 children from YR5 and YR6 finished 6 Jumper Day out of 14 teams, well done to our team!

17th December: Christmas Table Tennis match at Farm – Our children played Dinner Day really well and narrowly missed out on reaching the County 19th December: Christmas Finals. Special mention to Violet-Lily from YR3 who played brilliantly against YR5 and YR6 children. Pantomime Trip for Football Tournament – 6 children from YR5/6 played very well Yr1&Yr2 winning 3 out of 5 matches in the group stages. Baby massage can help you relax, soothe and connect with your baby. Learn and practise baby massage skills during our new course. It’s also a great opportunity to meet and socialise with other new parents and carers.

Freedom Programme

This is a 11 week course for parents, which involves:

 Learning about healthy and unhealthy relationships.  Learning about traits, personas, and warning signs of abuse.  Helping and support for safety planning.  Gaining support from experts and other women.  A range of resources, advice and information.

Refreshments will be provided.

The course will start on Wednesday 15th January 2020, 9:00-10:15am
