Badrinath

Gangotri

Gangotri is one of the origin sources of Holy River Ganga (), and one of the important Char Dham pilgrimage in Hindu Religion. The main origin of river is “Gaumukh” which is a glacier located 19 km away from gangotri temple. Ganga river is the longest and most sacred river in world.

Yamunotri

Yamunotri is the original source of River surrounded by lofty peaks forest and large valley. Yamuna is the second largest holiest river in India after Ganga. It is part of the four holy abodes in Chardham pilgrimage yatra. Pilgrims also get to enjoy a number of hot water springs in the vicinity of the temple.

Entry/Exit point of Tour:

Entry: Delhi/ Haridwar Exit: Delhi

Day 1: Delhi - Haridwar (215 Kms/5- 6 hrs)

You will depart for Haridwar by road. Lunch enroute. Upon arrival at Haridwar, check in at your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city on your own. Evening Ganga at . Overnight at The Ganga Lahari or similar at Haridwar. (D)- -Please add up the Extra night supplement if required) In the chardham pricing.

Day 2: Haridwar – Barkot (185Kms/7hrs)

After breakfast, we proceed to Barkot. En-route enjoys delicious lunch at wayside restaurant. Barkot is a place of great scenic beauty with spectacular views of snow-capped mountains all around. A magnificent view of the eternal snow peaks of Bandar punch can be seen from here. overnight at The Chardham Camp, Barkot.

Day 3: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (38Kms/2hrs, local taxi drive 7 Kms/1hrs, 6 Kms/3hrs trek one side)

After early breakfast, we will proceed to Hanumanchatti via Syanachatti (5 Kms. Before Hanumanchatti). From here local taxis are available for Jankichatti. From Jankichatti we begin our trek to Yamunotri (6 km/3 hrs) to visit the temple of Goddess Yamuna, situated on the bank of the river. You can take a holy dip in the nearby tank filled by hot springs and cook rice in its water, the common rituals performed by the devotees. We return to Barkot in the evening. Overnight at The Chardham Camp, Barkot.

Day 4: Barkot – Harsil (151 Kms, 6-7hrs)

After breakfast, we will proceed to Harsil – one the most beautiful valleys in the world. En-route we will stop at Gangnani for hot water spring dip. Overnight at The Chardham Camp, Harsil.

Day 5: Harsil – Gangotri – Uttarkashi ( 105 Kms )

After breakfast, we proceed to Gangotri. On arrival take a holy deep in the River sacred The Ganges, also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform pooja and relax in the lovely surrounding. In the afternoon return back to Harsil for Lunch . Post Lunch proceed for Uttarkashi. Overnight at the Hotel, Uttarkashi.

Day 6: Uttarkashi– Guptakashi ( 212 Kms/ 8-9 Hrs )

After early breakfast, we will proceed to Guptakashi. Lunch in route. Overnight at The Chardham Camp, Guptakashi

There are two routes from Harsil to Guptakashi.

Route 1- Strictly for smaller vehicles. Tempo Traveler can take this route. (212 Kms/8 Hrs)

Uttarkashi-Chaurangikhal-Lumbgaon-Peepaldali-Kirtinagar-Srinagar--Aagastmuni-Chandrawali- Guptakashi

Route 2- For all the vehicles ( 280 Kms/ 10 Hrs).

Uttarkashi- Dharasu-Chinialisod-Chamba-Zero Point( vis Bhagirathi Puarm)-Gadolia-Maletha- Kirtinagar- Srinagar- Rudraprayag-Aagastmuni-Chandrawali- Guptakashi

Day 7: Guptakashi – Kedarnath – Guptakashi (22 Kms drive- 1 hr / 24 Kms Trek / 7 hrs)

After breakfast, we proceed to Phata. We proceed to take the helicopter till Kedarnath we take you to visit for Darshan, Aarti & pooja. After the holy darshan way back to Guptakashi Camps Via Helicopter/Drive. Overnight stay at The Chardham Camps, Guptakashi

Day 8: Guptakashi – Joshimath by Chopta (141 Kms / 5-6 Hrs)

After breakfast, we proceed to Joshimath, one of the most beautiful sites on the whole trip. Enjoy the beautiful drive through medicinal forest. On arrival in check in to your Chardham camp. Evening is free for you to explore Joshimath on your own. Overnight at The Chardham Camp, Joshimath.

Day 09: Joshimath – Badrinath – Joshimath ( 45 Kms drive one way/ 2 Hrs)

After breakfast, we proceed to Badrinath. On arrival take holy Darshan and spend time visiting Mana Village. We return to Joshimath in the evening. Overnight at The Chardham Camp, Joshimath.

Day 10: Joshimath – Rishikesh (274 Kms/ 9-10 hrs)

After breakfast, we proceed to Rishikesh. Rest of the day will be at leisure. Overnight at Rishikesh-(please addup the Rishikesh Supplement cost)

Day 11: Rishikesh – Delhi
