Its design and state-of-the-art thermal management system allows for unrestricted full-power racing. POWERTRAIN The powertrain found in the I-PACE production was the blueprint for the I-PACE eTROPHY. Providing 400PS and 700Nm of instant torque, it serves up a 0-60mph in just 4.5 seconds. INVERTER The I-PACE eTROPHY inverter is identical to the one in the I-PACE. Taking the direct current (DC) stored in the battery pack it turns into the alternating current (AC) that feeds the motor. ALUMINIUM ARCHITECTURE The lightweight aluminium architecture used in the I-PACE production has been modified slightly for the I-PACE eTROPHY to allow for the FIA safety roll cage. Mark is a Contributing Automotive Writer for a number of publications including, Luxury Magazine, Canada’s The Globe and Mail, Gear Patrol, as well as a number of other lifestyle publications. He is an award-winning car, motorcycle and motorsports journalist whose work has appeared in publications throughout the global including Canada, Australia, the UK and the U.S. He will be writing about his eTROPHY experience in Luxury Magazine, a quarterly publication exclusive to MasterCard Black Card members. IndyCar racing has been the foundation of the team since 1992, but in 2009 RLL added BMW Team RLL, competing first in the American Le Mans Series, and now in the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. RLL Racing was the first team to announce its participation in the Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY championship, and welcomes team sponsor Mockett on board. Katherine Legge, a native of Guildford, United Kingdom, currently competes Bryan Sellers, from Dayton, Ohio, won the 2018 GTD title with Paul Miller for Meyer Shank Racing in the GTD class in IMSA, narrowly missing earning Racing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
