HAMILTON HILLS SURVEY Between February 10 and March 16, Gavin Schmitt, Mia Blom, Taronda Wagstaff, and Block Captains Heather Riley and Chrystol Norton knocked on 1,100+ of our neighbors’ doors and made 300+ phone calls. Your responses to their survey helped identify vacant properties, un-repaired street lights, drainage issues, and more. You shared history, cheer, and 87 more residents joined HHNA’s email list.

199 residents also responded to our voter survey, which included all filed candidates in all parties for Mayor, Council President, Comptroller and 3rd District Council. The results were shared with Yvonne Wenger and Luke Broadwater of the Baltimore Sun and a poster is planned for the March 24 and April 4 candidate forums. For more details about the survey, visit our new neighborhood website: www.HamiltonHillsMD.org

Damping off can be virtually eliminated City Council President “Jack” Young [email protected] with the use of clean, sterile potting media. Make sure re-used containers have adequate drainage, and sterilize in the dishwasher before using. Andrea C. Circuit Court Judge appointments are made by the Governor from a pool of applicants chosen by the many bars and legal boards of Maryland. These judges serve 15 year terms. However, they must run in an open election, in the first election after they are appointed. On April 26 you will be able to vote for up to 6 of 8 candidates, which include 2 challengers who were not appointed.

While all 8 candidates have attended HHNA’s meetings, we chose not to collect information on the judges race. It’s confusing, few residents know about the candidates and the survey was long enough already.
