Conditions for publication: o Please note that while the Woodson Research Center owns the materials in our collections, we usually do not own the copyright to these materials, except where it has been explicitly transferred to Rice University. o Woodson Research Center may grant permission only for Rice University copyrighted materials. Warning Concerning Copyright Restriction

The copyright law of the United States [Title 17, United States Code] governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
