TUJUAN JABATAN Identify, design, and implement projects/programs as well as give effective support for SAP Selat , SAP Flores Timur and surrounding communities within and outside the organization, in line with requirement in order to deliver project according to WWF Indonesia Lesser Sunda Seascape programs, and national programs (MPA effective management, EAFM objectives and other programs related to conservation activities, sustainable fisheries program, social development, sustainable tourism) in SAP Selat Pantar, SAP Flores Timur and surrounding communities.

She/he will be WWF Indonesia representative and will develop and maintain good partnership with stakeholder in Alor , Flotim Regency and NTT Province, as well as building good profiling to stakeholders and public, especially in Alor, Flotim Regencies.

Aktivitas Kunci 1. Project/Program a. Contribute to identification of requirements and needs, define the Identification scope of the project/program, determine the feasibility and define project/program objectives within agreed project management guidelines  Identifying Regional Work Plan (Spatial, RPJMD, renstra SKPD) in the District  Identify Plans and Program The relevant partners at the District Level b. Contribute showed to the Project Leader to review development proposals Relevant in MPA Site 2. Project/Program Design a. Formulate the project/program plan (including resourcing, & Plan planning, risk mitigation, quality control and organizational requirements), determine budget and acquire approval, in line with project objectives  Develop AWP FY17 in MPA Site  Provide input resource needs (human, equipment, budgeting) and recruitment planning for FY17 in the district to the Project Leader

b. Create design integration with stakeholders in the MPA program Site c. Project/program Communicate, inform and if necessary, lobby relevant stakeholders to Advocacy respective project/program implementation  Providing data / information to authorities in MPA Site for law enforcement process against the use of ETP species  Monitoring the process of law enforcement in MPA Site  Performs advocacy to local governments related to the establishment of MPA and MPA MPA Network in Site  Performs advocacy to local governments related to the preparation process ripda in MPA Site d. Project/Program Execute project, coordinate the activities of the project team preparation & members, monitor progress of project and compliance with the project execution plan, manage and mitigate project risks and resources, create risk awareness among stakeholders, manage stage-gates and adjust project plan when necessary Spatial: • Ensuring the process of integration of spatial planning with the conservation area in the district of marine spatial (RZWP3K Province) MPA: • Responsible in the implementation of MPA establishment in Site  Contribute to the activities of the establishment and implementation of MPA networks in Site  Responsible in monitoring and assistance to the implementation of MPA management stages in Site Social development:  Contribute to Process Integration Inside the ICCA into the concept of Spatial / strategic planning / RPJMD / RPZ District Type:  Contributing utilization monitoring hearts ETP species in the MPA Site Fishery:  Contributing hearts facilitation process fisheries management arrangements in the MPA Site  Facilitate Sustainable Business Practices monitoring process for the review group assisted in MPA Site  Contributing Process Compliance monitoring hearts fisherman / Group targets the application of BMP in the assisted hearts MPA Site

Tourism:  Contribute to the process of group formation Small Scale Business Enterprise in MPA Site  Contribute to the process of monitoring compliance in applying BEEP tourism operators and MTIP in MPA Site e. Stakeholder Create support for complete project/program approach (objectives, Management planning etc), update and consult relevant stakeholders regularly, manage expectations of relevant stakeholders during execution, involve stakeholders in decision making and build and maintain a network of relevant stakeholders  Identify key partners associated in MPA Site  Monitoring the implementation with partners in the MPA Site f. Reports Ensure periodical project/program management reporting, quantitative and qualitative, according to defined formats and project/program management guidelines  Creating a project progress report in MPA Site every 3 months, 6 months, in accordance with the mechanism of the coordination meeting and P3M2  Preparing materials / ingredients associated with MPA Site to program the high light every 6 months, including photo documentation to the Project Leader  Preparing incidental reports in accordance with requirements  Following the MPA and Fisheries Conference Call on schedule  Contribute to the monthly data updates related to progress MPA Site Project Leader  Ensuring the financial statements in accordance with the project and timely PADOK g. Project/Program Monitor and evaluate the project/program execution, identify and Evaluation share best practices, also make adjustment to project/program activities when necessary  Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the project per 3 months and revised if necessary in MPA Site  Make lessons learned related to the implementation of the project in MPA Site and submit suggestions to the project development Project Leader  Conduct analysis of project quality output each project activity as a precaution in order to achieve output in  Analyze and evaluate the integration of the project with partners in the scope of the MPA Site h. Team/People Functionally lead, coach, develop members of own team, and give Management (input for) appraisal  Coordinate with sub-seascape team in planning the implementation and monitoring of project implementation in MPA Site

 Accompanying temporary team in the implementation of project activities in the MPA Site

KUALIFIKASI JABATAN Bachelor Degree from Biology, Fisheries Management, and Marine Science, Environmental, or Conservation Science, Master Degree are preferable.

Pengalaman Kerja 5 years experiences (for Bachelor Degree), or 3 years experiences (for Master Degree), on conservation works/issues with experiences in the field of natural resource management, especially in the field of marine, coastal and fisheries also in managerial level.
