Jim Brickman revolutionized the sound of solo piano with his pop- style instrumentals and star-studded vocal collaborations. With four certified gold albums he’s sold more than 7 million CDs. Since the release of his debut album No Words in 1994, Brickman has released 40 albums, received top honors with two Grammy Award nominations, two SESAC “Songwriter of the Year” awards, the Canadian Award and the Dove Award presented by the .

Brickman's best-known compositions include the chart-toppers “Valentine,” “The Gift,” “Love of My Life,” “Simple Things” and “Peace.” He has established a reputation for his collaborations with many musical artists including Martina McBride, Lady Antebellum, , Michael W. Brickman is the host of a weekly syndicated radio show, The Jim Brickman Show, airing on 80+ stations across North America. He authored two best-selling books. Brickman champions many charitable foundations including The Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans. He is a strong supporter of PBS, filming four TV specials for the network.

A native of , Ohio, Brickman began playing piano at the age of five, studying at the prestigious Cleveland Institute of Music where he was honored with a scholarship in his name in 2012.
