We recommend working the fee for a survey into your project budget in the event a survey is required. Recreational Vehicles/Park Models: Keep in mind the setback for an RV or park model is 7’ from the side and rear property lines and 15’ from the front property line. The front property line is measured from the boundary pins, not from the roadway. Setbacks are measured to the closest point on the RV which would include the hitch and slide-outs, even if you intend to keep the slide-outs retracted. When applying for the permit, a copy of the title or bill of sale is required. For a Park Model, an ANSI 119.5 form is also required. The ANSI form is issued by the manufacturer and indicates the park model meets RVIA standards. This is important to remember if you are purchasing a park model from a private owner. Park Model must be less than 400 square feet. Park Models will be measured at the gate prior THE to entry into the park. If a park model does not have an ANSI 119.5 and/or measures over 400 square feet, it will not be allowed on property.
