E-Auction Sale Notice for Sale of Immovable Assets under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2002 read with proviso to Rule 8(6) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules,2002

Notice is hereby given to the public in general and in particular to the Borrower(s) and Guarantor(s) that the below described immovable property mortgaged to the Secured Creditor, the symbolic possession of which has been taken by the Authorised Officer of State Bank Of India, the Secured Creditor, will be sold on “As is Where is”, As is What is” and Whatever there is” basis on 12.04.2019, for recovery of Rs. 3,17,20,406.80 due to the secured creditor from M/s Johny Paul & M/s J K Trading Corporation. The reserve price will be Rs. 57,12,000/- and the earnest money deposit will be Rs. 5,71,200/- , the latter amount to be deposited with the Bank on or before 11.04.2019 before 4.00 P.M.

Description of Immovable Property

All that pieces and parcels of land having an extent of 18.20 cents equivalent to 7.37 Ares with all rights, improvements and appurtenants thereto in Sy No. 494/9/1 of village belonging to Mr. Johny Paul more fully described in Sale Deed No. 216/1993 dated 14.01.1993 of SRO . Boundaries East : Green valley school North : Property of Kannadipara Subhash West : Property of Bins Valsa Paul S/o. Pallimalil Paulose South : Nellikuzhi - Alummavu Road

Encumbrances: Nil to the knowledge of the Bank.
