Throughout 2010 the Governance Committee has been working on the Gallery’s new governance structure. We have known for some time that once the disputes with the Beaverbrook Foundations resolve, the governance structure of the Gallery has to be reviewed. Presently our governance structure is dictated by an Act of New Brunswick’s Legislative Assembly.
