Important information for Release The Bats Patrons Times, Seating, Wristbanding And More!

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY

Thank you for purchasing tickets to All Tomorrow's Parties Release The Bats Melbourne event!

Tickets have now been dispatched via registered post to all Australian ticketholders who chose for their ticket(s) to be posted to them. Registered Post requires a signature upon delivery and if no one is home when delivery is attempted, a notification card will be left advising to collect your order from your nearest post office. If you have not received a notification card or your order please contact us at [email protected] so we can track your order for you and if necessary change your order over to box office check-in on the day.

If you booked from overseas or opted for venue collection, you will be collecting your tickets at the box office when you arrive at the event - you will need to bring a printout of the booking confirmation email with you plus the card you used to book (or another form of personal ID). If you have a problem, such as not having received or no longer having your confirmation email, or need more details please contact the ticket agency you booked through.

When you arrive your tickets will be exchanged for a wristband, which will allow re-entry throughout the day for both venues. The check-in / ticket exchange & collection point will be at the front of The Palais and open between 11:30 and 10pm. Make sure to also pickup your free programme when you check-in!

Please note we are unable to wristband you if you have been sent tickets but do not have them with you.

Please note lost wristbands cannot be replaced so please be careful not to lose them! If you break your wristband please bring the broken wristband to the production office or check in for exchange.

SEATING AT THE PALAIS

The Palais, where the main headliners will be playing, is a seated venue, and at the request of the venue, ticketholders will be allocated into different areas of the venue. Within those different areas themselves, seating will be unallocated. We have tried to make this as fair as possible, so those who booked tickets the earliest for the event will be seated closer to the stage than those who booked later.

You are in the CLEAR section. When you arrive at the venue, please pickup a CLEAR wristband. This signifies the area you will be seated in - we'll have maps up at the venue to show you which area this is.

If you wish to sit with friends who bought at a different time than you, there will be a wristband exchange desk where you will be permitted to do so. Please note that in order to qualify for wristband exchange, you must be accompanied by the friend you wish to sit with and we cannot guarantee you will be in the original section in which you were allocated. Please ensure you have both wristbands with you – if you want to do this on arrival, please don’t put the wristband on but have it with you.

The Palais is an old theatre. Please take care not to let your seats slam as you stand up. Those sitting in the first 4 rows of the balcony (the Front Lounge) are not permitted to stand to watch the show. Please remain seated once in your seat. Everyone else may stand if they wish (but take care not to let your seat slam)

TIMES

The stage times are now confirmed and can be found at: http://tinyurl.com/q2yam25

Stage 1 at The Palais is big enough for all of our attendees, but attendees should note that Stage 2 at the Prince Bandroom cannot hold the full festival capacity all at once, and so should arrive early if they don't want to possibly miss something there. There is a 10 minute walk between the two venues so also bear this in mind.

Please make sure to check the times before travelling and allow time to get in to ensure you do not miss one of the artists you want to see.

FOOD & DRINK

Bringing in food and drink from outside is not permitted. No alcohol is permitted in the Palais auditorium. Soft drinks and water are allowed but please finish your alcoholic beverages in the upstairs lobby bar.
